In 2021, the Flint Hills Regional Council (FHRC) began working with the National Parks Service  Rivers, Trails, & Conservation Assistance Program to develop a Kansas River Trails Master Plan.

The KS River Trails Master Plan will identify the existing river-related strengths for each of our communities, as well as opportunities to further improve our amenities and access to the rivers. This project will envision how to advance the quality of life for existing residents, as well as brainstorm opportunities to enhance our local economies through tourism.

We have composed a brief survey to help inform this process. I ask that you take two minutes to complete it and share it with your listservs.  Click  HERE  to complete the Community Survey.
