Singapore has introduced the SG Culture Pass to help citizens access arts, culture and heritage activities more easily. Each eligible citizen receives S$100 to use for local performances, museum entries heritage tours and cultural workshops. If you have not yet activated your credit, December 2025 is an ideal time to get started. The credits are currently available and will stay valid until the end of 2025. However, activating them sooner increases your chances of booking popular shows and events before they sell out.

Who Can Get the SG Culture Credit
The SG Culture Pass is open to all Singapore Citizens who are 18 years old or older. Every eligible person receives a one-time credit of S$100 to spend on arts and culture activities. The credits became available on 1 December 2025 & remain valid until 31 December 2025. They are connected to your Singpass account for secure transactions when purchasing tickets. People who are not citizens cannot access this program. You may use your credits to purchase tickets for yourself or for your friends and family members as long as the total amount does not go over your available balance.
How to Activate Your Credit
Getting your S$100 credit is straightforward. Visit sgculturepass.gov.sg and sign in using your Singpass. After your account becomes active you can look through events that accept SG Culture Pass. When you discover an event you want to attend just select it and during checkout pick “SG Culture Pass” as your payment option. Your credits will automatically lower the ticket price. If the ticket price exceeds your available balance you can pay the remaining amount through PayNow or card. You are not allowed to merge credits with someone else and the system will use the full credit amount first. Any unused balance remains in your account for later purchases.
Where You Can Use Your SG Culture Credits
Tips to Get the Most Out of Your Credits
Even though the credits remain valid until the end of 2028 there are good reasons to claim them sooner rather than later. Popular year-end performances and workshops tend to fill up fast. When you activate your credits early you can reserve your place at these events before they sell out. A smart approach is to select mid-priced tickets or workshops. This strategy lets you attend several different experiences without needing to add your own money. Make sure you only use the official website and authorized partner platforms to stay safe from scams. Never click on unexpected links or messages that promise additional credits. You can check your remaining balance directly in your Culture Pass account. This makes it easier to organize & plan which activities you want to attend.
Staying Safe While Using Your Culture Pass
Only log in through sgculturepass.gov.sg using your Singpass account. Do not share your login information with anyone or click on messages that seem suspicious. When you use the official platform your credits stay protected and your bookings will process without problems.
Why You Should Claim Your Credit Now
The SG Culture Pass offers a wonderful opportunity to experience Singapore’s arts and heritage scene without any cost. You receive S$100 in credits that can be used for theatre performances, concerts museum visits, art galleries & heritage tours. The credits remain valid until 2025, but December 2025 presents a good opportunity to claim your pass and set up your account so you can begin organizing your cultural activities. When you use your credits wisely and make thoughtful bookings, you can participate in several cultural events throughout Singapore without any additional expenses.
